Shipping policy

Free shipping across all Canadian provinces on most orders over $150 (before GST). Applies to standard-sized items weighing under 25 lbs. Shipping is available on orders under $150 at a flat rate of $15.

Remote locations, oversized items, deeply discounted items, and items over 25 lbs may incur additional shipping charges. These orders will be reviewed individually, and we will contact you with a shipping quote before processing.

Orders are shipped via Canada Post, Purolator or UPS, depending on package dimensions and delivery location.

If you prefer expedited shipping or a specific carrier, please contact us at info@launchsylvan.ca after placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Processing times are up to 3 business days for shipping of in-stock items. Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 8:00am–4:00pm MST (excluding statutory holidays). You will be notified with your tracking number once processing is complete and shipping has commenced.

Once a package has been picked up by the carrier, changes or rerouting are not possible. We are not responsible for replacing or obtaining restitution for lost or stolen packages. Claims must be initiated by the purchaser directly through the shipping carrier.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser.
